Cypress View Foundation offers three different living options and a full range of services and amenities. Regardless of your living option, you will always have unrestricted access to all the great amenities offered throughout our community. Live the worry-free life you’ve worked so hard to earn. Rates

  • Rent is calculated on an individual basis according to income.
  • Applicants are required to bring in a current Notice of Assessment.
  • Provincial guidelines stipulate that rent can be no more than 30 percent of an individual’s annual income. Every resident is left with a minimum disposable income of $322 per month.
  • There is an income threshold that determines eligibility for the Apartments. There is no income threshold for Lodge or Supportive Living.

Apartment Living

Our spacious one-bedroom apartments feature a 3-piece bath, living area and a complete kitchen for making all your favorite home cooked meals.  Here you will find all the best features of home, with even more freedoms and benefits.

Lodge Living

Lodge living allows you to maintain your independence while enjoying delicious meals, weekly housekeeping services and a full range of activities. This friendly, home like setting appeals to both singles and couples. We have a wide variety of room options available to suit your needs.

Supportive Living

Cypress View Foundation maintains Supportive (Designated Supportive Living/DSL3) accommodations to provide you with a continued active lifestyle while offering personal care support on a 24-hour basis when you require more care than what may be delivered in Lodge.  The Designated Supportive Living program is a partnership between the Foundation and Alberta Health Services (AHS); you must be assessed and referred by an AHS Home Care Case Manager and meet our eligibility criteria prior to residency approval.

Home Care will outline a care plan to meet your needs. Personal care services will be provided by Cypress View Foundation Health Care Aides.
